Niagara Falls & Chicken Wings
Wow, what an adventure! That's all I can say about today! I left the hotel and traveled to downtown Buffalo. It was about 15 minutes away. When I got downtown, I took the subway to the restaurant that invented
the very first Buffalo Chicken Wings! The subway system was fun!
I said in the last post that I would let you know how the wings were... they were
AMAZING! Chicken can't taste much better than what my taste buds encountered today! The chicken came with a special dipping sauce that I'm still craving right now. I got the wings with a soda (in a to-go box). I sat in the restaurant for ten minutes and then had to leave to catch a ride back in time for our opening staff meeting. Someone took a picture of my first bite...

My First Bite ... Awesome!
After our first meeting, we drove a half hour to Canada. We went to a restaurant called Skylon Tower that overlooks the Niagara Falls! Again.... it was AMAZING! Nature is such a great reminder of how powerful God is!
The restaurant (picture below) was on top of a 500 foot tower that overlooked the falls. It rotated slowly while we ate (just like the Eagle's Nest in Indianapolis). We were treated to a very nice meal. I don't think I have ever tried lobster in my life, but the guys ordered it for me and I actually liked it. It never occured to me to eat the poor creatures... I always see them in the tank at Wal-Mart and imagine owning a pet lobster - not eating it! Well, it's been a very exciting day and I've been up since 4:15 am, so I am going to bed!
Waiting to see what tomorrow holds.....
